  3. Select the file or folder by clicking the checkbox next to its name.
  4. Once selected, click on the “More actions” button (three vertical dots) in the toolbar at the top or right-click and select “Make a copy.”
  5. A copy of the file or folder will be created in the same location with the name “Copy of [original file/folder name].”
  6. To move the copied file or folder to a different location, follow the steps for moving files and folders mentioned above.

Deleting Files and Folders:

  1. Open Google Drive in your web browser and sign in to your Google account.
  2. Locate the file or folder you want to delete.
  3. Select the file or folder by clicking the checkbox next to its name.
  4. Once selected, click on the “Trash” button in the toolbar at the top or right-click and select “Move to trash.”
  5. The file or folder will be moved to the “Trash” section on the left-hand side of the Google Drive interface.
  6. To permanently delete the file or folder, open the “Trash” section, select the item, and click on the “Delete forever” button. Be cautious, as deleted files cannot be recovered.

Note: Moving or deleting a folder will also move or delete its contents, including files and subfolders.
